2008 GLOW LEAGUE
This years glow league is going to be run a little different.  There will still be a basket given away at the end of the year.  The basket is being donated once again by PK! (Be sure to THANK HIM when you see him out) The winner will be chosen by a raffle.  The way you get raffle tickets is playing in the league.  Every time you sign up you will be given 1 raffle ticket.

The top 5 groups of the night will get tickets as follows: 1st - 5 tickets each, 2nd - 4 tickets each, 3rd - 3 tickets each, 4th - 2 tickets each, and 5th – 1 tickets each.  You will put you name and phone number on the tickets each night.  The winner does not need to be present to win the basket as long as their name and phone number is on the back of the winning ticket.

Glow will start Friday May 23, 2008.  The league will run tentatively through September and we will try to keep it every other week (weather permitting & Milan’s approval).  The exact date will be posted on www.iowadg.com forum (QC Leagues-Glow). Sign in will be a half hour before dark and the round starts at dark.  The league will run $7 each week.  There will be a CTP (random holes) every night of glow and it will be B&B money, in the amount for the number of people playing in the league.  There will be no payout at the end of the league other than raffle tickets.  The money raised from the league will be used to better Camden & Camden II.

2008 Handicap League will get underway on Monday, May 12th. Field will be limited to 40 players. $35 for 17 weeks of play. $30 for QCDGC members. The '08 Handicap League will consist of two seven week sessions.

Schedule:

April 16th- Camden 1

SATURDAY November 8th- WEST LAKE FINALS

It is not required for you to play every event.

You will earn points for playing and for how well you finish. You can change divisions during the season, but will not be able to transfer player points.

( Example: Bagger moves up after winning 4 weeks. The player points he won are for the INT division and stay in play in that division, but they do not count as ADV points. Power points will carry over, as those are only points earned for paying to play the event, and transfer into Iron Lion Funny Bucks. )

ENTRY:

Anyone can play.

There will be the standard 3 divisions:
INTERMEDIATE
ADVANCED
OPEN

The cost will be $10 per person each event. There will be a plastic payout each night for INT/ADV, with the Finals at West Lake costing $20.00 to play. Open will pay 10$ and compete for cash.
