How Long Have You Played Disc Golf?

I
have played for about 9 years now. My sisters' husband got me into it when I was a freshman in highschool. We only had one course at that time and it really wasn't a big thing back then but I loved it and I got a bunch of my friends involved fast.

Most Memorable Win?

I would have to say the Longview Fall Classic about 6 years ago. It was my first tournament I ever played and I won the intermediate division and I got hooked!

Most Memorable Tournament?

II love to go to Legion Of Doom. It is a very cool tournament and now two days, four rounds. What more could you ask for in a C- tier.

My Favorite Event?

Again, looking forward to Legion every year is a big deal for me. I don't get out as much as I would like to, but when I get out more I will tell you

My Favorite Course?

This is such a hard question. There are so many awesome courses out there. I just like the ones that have very tight lines and a lot of trees where you have to use your brains not strenght.

My Disc Golf Goals?

I just want to see this sport grow and grow. I want the big sponsors to get involved someday and see how far it can go. Another thing is having more women play. My girlfriend has grown to love the sport and I think that others out there would also if they would just try it.

Advice For Other Disc Golfers?

Practice, practice, practice! You don't learn over night. Don't get mad at one bad shot because there is a lot of golf to be played. When you miss your first eight foot putt in a tournament don't let it get to you or you'll play like garbage, trust me. And also, wear sunblock!

Anything Else?

Try not to throw Gateway. Your game will not get better!
